Regular orders are typically shipped within 3 business days; however, processing may take up to 5 business days before your item is dispatched.
We accept and ship orders worldwide. To ensure a premium courier service, all shipments are handled through Express Deliveries such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes between 5-7 business days to reach your doorstep. We reserve the right to select the courier service that provides the most efficient delivery for your order.
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis (if applicable). Any additional charges incurred are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to determine these costs before making a purchase.
For security reasons, we do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses. Additionally, a signature is required upon delivery.
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number is provided, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier service. If the order is placed on hold by the courier for any reason or if a delivery attempt is made while the customer is unavailable, it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the courier. We strongly recommend tracking your order once the tracking number is shared. In cases where multiple delivery attempts fail, the courier may dispose of the parcel, and we will not be held responsible.
For multiple items or multiple transactions from the same customer, we generally consolidate shipments into a single parcel. However, we recommend monitoring the shipment once the tracking number is provided. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot reschedule delivery to a different address. The customer must contact the respective courier company for any further assistance or modifications.
After payment is received, customers will receive an email confirmation of their order.
